Q: What is the typical tax prep fee?
A: Our Services start at a base price of $400 to prepare an individual US Income tax return. For a LIMITED TIME ONLY, we are locking in our base price at $300. By becoming a VIP client and reserving your spot with us today, you will be saving $100 on your tax prep filing fee.
Q: What are the benefits of being a VIP Client?
A: As a VIP Untaxed Client, starting in January, you get access to our private membership community where you can interact with and ask questions to our network of vetted tax professionals who have completed at least 18 hours of IRS education and training. These tax pros are eager to assist you in the filing process and educate you along the way. Our membership community gives access to webinars, masterminds, tools and tax education tips that will help you continue to live a life that is "Relaxed and Untaxed."
Q: Can you estimate my tax refund or amount owed?
A: We do not do tax estimates, by creating a profile on our secured client portal and submitting your information, and signing a service agreement you are agreeing to pay for the work rendered in preparing your tax return whether or not you decide to file with our firm.
Q: When can we start filing our taxes?
A: You can start as early as Jan 2 as long as you have your W2 and other tax documents ready. Most W2s aren't ready until mid-January but check with your company's HR department to see if you can get your W2 in an electronic format before they mail them.
Q: How do I pay for my services?
A: If you get a refund you may opt to pay for your tax prep fees through your refund, with a refund transfer and applicable bank fees. You may also pay in advance for your tax prep fee.
Q: If I don't get a refund and funds are kind of tight, how can I pay for my fees?
A: We now offer FileNow PayLater options through Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. You can file your return now and pay over time with no credit check or impact to your score.
